You can use the services of the Michel Promo web shop by adding the desired products for inquiry and confirming the submission of the inquiry as a guest (unregistered) customer or as a registered member of the Michel Promo web shop. Shopping via the Michel Promo web shop is very simple: just follow the steps of the inquiry submission process. After selecting the item(s) for which you want to know the price, you need to fill out the form with the necessary information, review the order details, and confirm the submission of the inquiry.
3. Payment Methods
Bank Transfer – Payment to the company’s bank account
After submitting the inquiry, you will receive an email confirming your order and the total amount of your order excluding printing costs (the total amount payable includes taxes but excludes delivery). We will then process your inquiry and send you the final offer with the bank account information of Michel Promo where you should make the payment. The payment deadline will be defined in the offer. Once the payment is visible in the company’s bank account, your order will be handed over to the delivery service for delivery to your address. If you do not make the payment of the total order amount within the given deadline, your order will be canceled and will not be delivered.
Note on Prices: All prices are expressed without VAT in euros (€) and do not include printing costs, as they are calculated after the inquiry is submitted. USB stick prices are subject to change depending on the fluctuations in chip prices on the global market.
The delivery time for goods is determined for each specific item. In the case of ordering goods without additional printing, the delivery time is between 5 to 10 working days, provided that the goods are available in stock. The delivery of goods is done at the request and expense of the customer, using HP services, a courier service, or another agreed-upon delivery method.
The seller disclaims any responsibility for undelivered goods or delays resulting from force majeure. In cases of delays due to such reasons, returning the ordered goods from a warehouse outside the Republic of Croatia or goods that include printing is not possible.
The delivery cost will be displayed on your order and invoice. For all orders over €200, delivery is free. If we do not have your product in stock, we will contact you to arrange whether you wish to cancel the order in full, partially cancel it, or wait for the product to come back in stock.
There is no warranty on promotional items. We accept complaints about received products within 7 days after receiving the shipment. Please submit any complaints related to the quantity of delivered products upon receipt of the goods, as complaints after delivery will not be considered. Additionally, please note that exchanges or returns of products due to personal preferences or "dislikes" are not possible.
